Terms of Use (CGU)
1. Acceptance
By accessing the UCP platform, you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Account Registration
Registration requires a valid email address, full name and phone number. Every registration is reviewed by the UCP desk. Access to the full client dashboard is granted only after administrative validation. UCP may reject or suspend any account at its sole discretion.
3. Confidentiality of Credentials
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. All connections are logged with timestamp, IP address and device information for security auditing purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to attempt to disrupt the platform, access another client's data, or submit fraudulent funding information. Any breach will result in immediate suspension and may be reported to competent authorities.
5. Simulated Nature
You acknowledge that UCP is a simulated trading platform. Figures, balances, executions and history are administratively managed and do not represent actual holdings on any exchange.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design and software on the platform are the exclusive property of UCP and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Modifications
UCP may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
