2. Data Collected
We collect: identification data (full name, email, phone number), connection data (timestamps, IP addresses, user agents — recorded at registration and at every login), financial data you submit (IBAN, bank name, BIC/SWIFT, wallet addresses and networks), and your complete trade history.
3. Purposes & Legal Basis
Data is processed for account management (contract performance), security auditing and fraud prevention (legitimate interest), and regulatory compliance (legal obligation). Marketing communications, if any, rely on your consent.
4. Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of the client relationship and up to 5 years after its termination, in line with financial record-keeping obligations.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact desk@ucp-invest.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with per-user salts. Sessions rely on httpOnly secure cookies. Administrative access is restricted and fully audited.
7. Transfers
Market data is sourced from Binance public APIs. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
