Terms of Sale (CGV)
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the provision of simulated crypto-asset trading services by UBP/UCP Investment Services (Pty) Ltd ("UCP") to its private clients. UCP operates a fully simulated trading environment: all executions, balances and performances are managed administratively by the UCP desk and do not constitute actual market transactions.
2. Services
UCP provides access to a confidential client space featuring live market data streamed from Binance, portfolio tracking, trade order submission subject to desk validation, and funding method registration (SEPA bank details and crypto wallet addresses).
3. Orders & Validation
Any trade order, deposit instruction or withdrawal request submitted by the client is subject to manual review and validation by the UCP desk. UCP reserves the right to validate, modify, postpone or reject any operation without obligation to justify its decision.
4. No Investment Advice
Content presented on the platform, including DCA strategy illustrations and quantitative examples, is provided for information purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.
5. Fees
Access to the simulated environment is granted at the discretion of UCP. Any applicable mandate or service fees are defined in a separate private agreement between the client and UCP.
6. Liability
UCP shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of the platform, market data interruptions, or decisions made by the client based on simulated figures. Market data is provided by third-party venues and may be delayed or interrupted.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to UBP/UCP Investment Services (Pty) Ltd, registered for the EU Zone as an Authorised Financial Services Provider issued by FSCA FSP53152.
